SAINT PETERSBURG (LNC) – Just before leaving, Firmin N’Grebada was visited by delegates of Centrafrican students living in the Russian Federation. They submitted to him their difficult study conditions, including unpaid scholarships. They gave him a memorandum of their grievances.
He said: “They came from different regions to greet us, and to share with me some concerns that need the attention of the gov. I reassured them that the issues raised will be studied by their supervisory Ministry and that they will be followed up.”
